Conference fees

The fee for regular participants will cover the following:
• Registration and conference material, including contact information of all conference attendees,
• Welcome reception,
• Coffee breaks,
• Lunch each conference day
• Conference dinner
• A copy of the abstracts of all papers presented at the conference.
• Transport
Registration fees should be paid in advance of the conference. Detailed information on the ways of payment, including Bank Account and other information, will be sent to registering participants upon receipt of their forms.
There will be no overall fee for accompanying persons, but those wishing to participate to selected activities of the conference (e.g., excursion and dinner) will be asked to pay the corresponding costs to the on-site Secretariat).
- All ICTPI’09 Conference cancellations and requests for refunds must be sent to ictpi2009@inescporto.pt.
- 50% of the conference fee is refundable for any cancellation notified before 30 June 2009.
- Afterwards, the conference fee is non-refundable for any cancellation.
